A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was officially signed among HAVELSAN, a prominent Turkish defense and technology company, the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia, and the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI). This agreement facilitates the establishment of a HAVELSAN office in Saudi Arabia, expanding HAVELSAN’s global presence in the Middle East to three locations, alongside its offices in Oman and Qatar.

HAVELSAN aims to enhance technological capabilities within C4ISR Technologies in the region. HAVELSAN is recognized for its advancements in C4ISR and Autonomous Technologies, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), Armed Unmanned Surface Vehicles (AUSV), and simulation technologies aims to extend its comprehensive solutions to the Saudi Arabian region.

This strategic expansion into Saudi Arabia is part of HAVELSAN’s broader initiative to reinforce its presence across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, aligning with its objective to contribute to the technological enhancement of national defense capabilities.
